So pleased with Buckeye roofing and their follow-up. Even before he did the job the owner Steve said he would send someone over to fix a bad spot because he wasn’t able to start on it for a while. A guy came over that same week. He followed up and let me know the approximate date to start. They just finished and the roof looks great. I would recommend Buckeye roofing. Now waiting for a rain to see just how great the work was..:)
I called and left messages at several businesses in the Lima area asking for help with an ice dam in a gutter. Steve from Buckeye Roofing & Maintenance was the first to call me back and quickly came out and removed the majority of the mess, also offering to add salt pellets to melt the rest of the ice–at no cost! Now THAT’S the way to take care of customers! Not surprisingly, when another roofing company called me back later and I told them who had taken care of my problem, the caller–Buckeye’s competition, mind you–replied that I was certainly in good hands.
